01 General Provisions
jita365bd (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", or "the Authority") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our website at jita365bd.lat or creating an account, you give your full consent to these terms and conditions.

02 Eligibility and Registration

03 Account Management

3.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A user may not operate more than one account under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are identified under the same person, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may not be returned.
3.2 Account Suspension and Termination
jita365bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the terms and conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity.
- Identification of a minor's account.
- Detection of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Extended period of inactivity.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
Key Financial Transaction Conditions: Minimum deposit ৳200 (all methods). Minimum withdrawal ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time 5–30 minutes.
jita365bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer).
- Deposited funds must come only from your own legitimate payment method.
- Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
- jita365bd reserves the right to decline any transaction due to technical issues or security reasons.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jita365bd provides various bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳30,000.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and restrictions.
- A bonus may only be claimed once (unless otherwise specified).
- If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Some bonuses may apply only to specific games or categories.
- jita365bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
06 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jita365bd:
- A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Specific rules apply to bets on cricket, football, and other sports events.
- Live betting offers are available for a limited time and odds may change at any moment.
- If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be settled according to the relevant rules.
6.1 Maximum Payout
Each betting category has a maximum payout limit. jita365bd is not obligated to make payments beyond the limit stated in the rules of the relevant category.
6.2 Erroneous Odds
jita365bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita365bd platform:
- Using another person's account or assuming another person's identity.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
- Deliberately exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
- Helping minors open accounts or play.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination and the relevant authorities may be notified.
08 Intellectual Property
All content published on the jita365bd platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jita365bd. Reuse, copying, or distribution of any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability
jita365bd provides its services on an as-is basis. jita365bd accepts no liability for the following:

In any circumstance, jita365bd's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
